The South American national drink with its high caffeine content is gaining in popularity. For this creation, we mixed mate tea with our Brazil Santos green coffee beans to create a green eye-catcher. Other delicious ingredients such as juicy orange wedges, fresh spearmint, sweet cinnamon and rock sugar spice up this tea and provide inspiration for the preparation of delicious cocktails. This delicious caffeine booster is embellished with attractive sunflower and pomegranate blossoms.
Inspired by the traditional after-work tea of the Greek shepherds, we have created a delicately spicy version with classic, spicy notes such as cinnamon, coriander and star aniseed and rounded it off with high-quality Rooibos tea. Enjoy our mountain chai also with a dash of milk.
Sage is a shrub, which can reach heights of up to 70 cm. The long and hairy leaves have a very delicious and aromatic scent; their color is light olive-green. The taste is very typical and slightly bitter. Originally, sage derives from the Mediterranean area. It is very common especially in the Adriatic region. Today, the plant is also cultivated in other European countries. Cut sage should be kept in dark and closed containers. Due to the high contents of essential oils, we do not recommend storage in containers made of plastic.
